This privacy policy describes how Atelier Terzic (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares the personal data of visitors to the website atelierterzic.com (the “Site”) and clients who contact us or use our services.

Atelier Terzic operates in accordance with Serbia's Personal Data Protection Act (“ZZPL”) and, for visitors from the European Union, with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

1. Who is the data controller

The data controller is Atelier Terzic, with offices at Trg Nikole Pašića 12, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia.

2. What data we collect

Data you give us directly: full name, email address, phone number, preferred fitting date, messages you send via the contact or booking form, and information shared during a fitting (measurements, style preferences).

Data we collect automatically: IP address, device and browser type, browser language, pages visited, time spent on the Site, traffic source (referrer), and Site interactions (clicks, views, form submissions). This data is collected via cookies and similar technologies (see section 5).

3. Why we process your data

We use your data to: schedule and confirm your fitting appointment, respond to your inquiry, prepare and deliver a rented or custom-made dress, maintain contract and invoicing records, analyze Site traffic and improve our services, display relevant ads on Google and Meta platforms, and meet legal obligations (tax and accounting).

4. Legal basis for processing

Consent (Art. 12 ZZPL / Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): for marketing cookies (Google Ads, Meta Pixel) and analytics.

Performance of a contract (Art. 12 ZZPL / Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): for fitting bookings, rentals, and custom-made dresses.

Legitimate interest (Art. 12 ZZPL / Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): for basic Site security and abuse prevention.

Legal obligation (Art. 12 ZZPL / Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): for retaining invoices and tax records as required by law.

5. Cookies and tracking technologies

6. Sharing your data with third parties

We share your data with the following data processors, strictly within the scope of this policy: Google Ireland Limited (analytics, ads), Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd (ads and conversion measurement), Sanity.io (dress catalog hosting), Vercel Inc. (Site hosting), Resend, Inc. (transactional email delivery).

We do not sell your data to third parties.

7. International data transfers

Some of our processors (Google, Meta, Vercel, Resend) are located in or process data in the United States. Transfers to the US rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

8. Data retention

Booking and service records are kept for as long as necessary to perform the contract and meet legal obligations (at least 5 years for tax records).

Marketing cookies are retained according to the periods listed in section 5.

Contact-form messages are kept for up to 12 months from the last communication, unless you become a client.

9. Your rights

Under ZZPL and GDPR, you have the right to: access your data, rectify inaccurate data, erase data (“right to be forgotten”), restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing).

10. How to exercise your rights

Send a request to info@atelierterzic.com. We will respond within 30 days, as required by law. We may ask for proof of identity to protect your data.

11. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

If you believe the processing of your data violates the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 15, 11000 Belgrade, www.poverenik.rs.

EU visitors may additionally lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in their country.

12. Children's data

Our services are not directed at persons under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover that we have collected data from a minor without parental consent, we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site or sent via email if we have your address.
